Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2013 <br />The March 25, 2013 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br />to order by Council Vice - President Oliver J. Davis at 3:13 p.m. in the Council's Informal <br />Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Valerie <br />Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Oliver J. Davis, Gavin Ferlic, and Karen L. White; E. Spencer Walton, <br />and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />It was noted that Dr. Varner and Council President Dieter are both sick and unable to <br />attend. <br />Council Vice - President Davis stated that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the <br />Notice dated March 21, 2013 (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held <br />pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the discussion of strategy with respect to <br />pending litigation or litigation which has been threatened in writing. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the March 21, 2013 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />South Bend <br />Attachment <br />President Davis adjourned the meeting at 3:45 p.m. <br />xncil Vice' <br />Member <br />>n Council <br />
