PARC <br />5:22 P.M. <br />FEBRUARY 25.2013 <br />Committee Members: Henry Davis, Gavin Ferlic, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Tim Scott <br />Other Council: Valerie Schey, Karen White, Oliver Davis, Derek Dieter <br />Others: Kathy Cekanski - Farrand <br />Agenda: Century Center Board Appointment <br />The PARC Committee was called to order by its Chairperson Henry Davis to consider a Council <br />appointment to the Century Center Board of Managers. At issue was whether to reappoint Dennis <br />Andres, Jr. or replace him with Councilmember Gavin Ferlic. A motion by Tim Scott seconded by Henry <br />Davis to reappoint Dennis Andres failed by a vote of 2 -2, both Gavin and Dr. Ferlic dissenting. As <br />Council rules dictate, the President may cast a vote to break a tie. Dieter voted for Andres, making it a <br />recommendation to Council for Andres by a vote of 3 -2. <br />Under miscellaneous Chairperson Davis asked the issue of singling out Staffordshire Terriers as a <br />dangerous breed be taken up the Health & Public Safety Committee on March 11, 2013. <br />There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, PARC Chairperson, Henry <br />Davis, adjourned the meeting at 5:30 p.m. <br />Ily Submitted, <br />Davis, Jr., Chairperson <br />Committee <br />
