As a mixed use building with residential above, it would also comply with <br /> Objective H2 which speaks of both renovating and repairing older homes and maintaining <br /> housing stock. <br /> Analysis & Recommendation <br /> Commitments: There are no commitments proposed at this time. <br /> Analysis: Rezoning the site to OF Urban Neighborhood Flex will allow for the continued use as a <br /> residential dwelling on the 2nd floor with a small scale retail and/or restaurant use on the first <br /> floor. <br /> Recommendation: Based on information available prior to the public hearing, the Staff recommends <br /> the Plan Commission send the Rezoning petition to the Common Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation.
