City of South Bend Com m unity Investment <br /> <br />The Common Council will hold a public hearing on an authorizing resolution on March 11th. If <br />that resolution is approved, the Board of Public Works can vote on March 12th on the attached <br />resolution and purchase agreement to purchase the property in accordance with I.C. 36 -1 -10-5. <br /> <br />The Purchase Agreement sets the purchase price of the property, which includes three separate <br />parcels at $275,000.00.
