Additional fire dampers are needed in the <br />electrical room. <br /> <br />• Station Signage: $6,621.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to finalize the decorative sign at the <br />station. <br /> <br />• Porch Concrete: $5,551.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to slightly expand the front patio area to <br />appear more inviting to the neighborhood. <br /> <br />• Mechanical Changes: $6,326.00 <br />o This is an omission from the Plans. Additional exhaust infrastructure is required <br />for the dryers. <br /> <br />• Locution Installation Labor: $26,318.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to install the emergency alert system at <br />the station. At the time of bid, Locution had not provided the information <br />necessary for the Contractor to price out the required work. Locution is the sole- <br />source provider of this service, integrating with the County-wide emergency alert <br />dispatch system. <br /> <br />• HVAC Duct Changes: $7,093.00 <br />o This is an omission from the Plans. Ductwork was missing from plan sheets and <br />required rerouting to fit with other systems. <br /> <br />• Added Fiber Conduit: $3,542.00 <br />o Field conditions were different from the site plan, resulting in additional conduit <br />work required for hookup. <br /> <br />
