HRP Construction submitted the lone bid for the project and information provided within the bid was considered complete. South Bend, IN $479,000.00 Bid Award Recommendation: The Division of Engineering recommends the award of the Total Base Bid for Project No. 123-031A WWTP Degrit Building Yard Piping Replacement to HRP Construction, Inc.
