2024 Asphalt Material Bid <br />124-005 <br />Addendum No. 1 <br />Date: March 4, 2024 <br />To: All Planholders <br />From: Scott Kreeger, Project Manager <br />You must acknowledge a receipt of this addendum by signing the first page and returning a copy <br />with your bid. <br />The following information is to be changed/added to the contract documents: <br />PART 1 - SPECIFICATIONS <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />Section XII: Delivery <br />ADD item B.11: "All asphalt materials shall be available by May 1, 2024. If materials are not <br />available at this time, then the Contractor must abide by subsection 5 of the Delivery Section." <br />Section XIV: Asphalt Materials <br />ADD item 13.3.c: "The coarse aggregate in the mix shall only be limestone." <br />-This addendum consists of a total 2 pages - <br />
