This covers necessary soil and <br />concrete testing. <br />• Garden Shed Power: $2,260.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to provide power to the landscaping <br />shed. <br />• Flooring Changes: $1,179.00 <br />o This is an error in the plans, requiring a change in flooring type to provide more <br />traction. <br />• Apparatus Bay Sub Siding: $3,621.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to modify the detail where the subsiding <br />in the apparatus bay meets the foundation concrete. <br />• Four-Fold Doors: $83,200.00 <br />o This is an owner-initiated scope change to modify the exit doors for the <br />apparatus bay. Four-fold doors open faster than overhead doors. <br /> <br />• TOTAL: $101,833.00 <br /> <br />This change order does not affect the existing contract completion date of September 19, 2024. <br /> <br />Funding for this change order is available through the Fire Department’s capital fund. <br /> <br />
