This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 13 pages, referred to in and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services dated , Engineer's Services Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. The project is broken into two phases as follows: A. Phase 1: Begins along the east bank of the St Joseph River and includes the following: 2,1501f of Northside Blvd; 5001f of Eddy St; 3001f of Mishawaka St; 1501f of Belmont Ave; 1001f of Beyer Ave; 1001f of Frances St; 6501d of Longfellow Ave and 2,3001f of interchange ramps. B. Phase 2: Begins along the east bank of the St Joseph River and includes the following: 2,0501f of SR933; 1,6501f of Lincoln Way; 1,6501f of Sample St; 3501f of George Ave; 3001f of Bronson St; 2001f of Marietta St and 2,3001f of interchange ramps. Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. PART 1— BASIC SERVICES A1.02 Project Management A. Bi-weekly virtual meetings with City staff, Consultant Project Manager, and appropriate discipline leads, as needed. Meetings will be held in -person on a quarterly basis. Effort includes meeting preparations and minutes. Duration - 27 months. B. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including design leads, project partners, agencies, and subconsultants, to gather relevant information and input. C. Assist City with their submittal of the required FHWA quarterly reporting through March 31, 2026. A1.03 Planning Phase A. Planning and Programming 1. Our team will compile all technical analyses and findings. We will review the previously established project details, goals, and objectives. B. Environmental 1. Environmental Constraints - Prepare an Environmental Constraints Report for study area based upon existing information. The report will include a preliminary analysis of publicly available ecological, hydrological, hazardous material, cultural resources data, and other environmental resources as identified below, within the project area. A field visit is also included with this task. A project narrative summary and maps depicting findings of the environmental constraints report will be prepared.
