This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 13 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated , <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />The project is broken into two phases as follows: <br />A. Phase 1: Begins along the east bank of the St Joseph River and includes the following: 2,1501f of <br />Northside Blvd; 5001f of Eddy St; 3001f of Mishawaka St; 1501f of Belmont Ave; 1001f of Beyer <br />Ave; 1001f of Frances St; 6501d of Longfellow Ave and 2,3001f of interchange ramps. <br />B. Phase 2: Begins along the east bank of the St Joseph River and includes the following: 2,0501f of <br />SR933; 1,6501f of Lincoln Way; 1,6501f of Sample St; 3501f of George Ave; 3001f of Bronson St; <br />2001f of Marietta St and 2,3001f of interchange ramps. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. <br />PART 1— BASIC SERVICES <br />A1.02 Project Management <br />A. Bi-weekly virtual meetings with City staff, Consultant Project Manager, and appropriate discipline <br />leads, as needed. Meetings will be held in -person on a quarterly basis. Effort includes meeting <br />preparations and minutes. Duration - 27 months. <br />B. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including design leads, project partners, agencies, and <br />subconsultants, to gather relevant information and input. <br />C. Assist City with their submittal of the required FHWA quarterly reporting through March 31, <br />2026. <br />A1.03 Planning Phase <br />A. Planning and Programming <br />1. Our team will compile all technical analyses and findings. We will review the previously <br />established project details, goals, and objectives. <br />B. Environmental <br />1. Environmental Constraints - Prepare an Environmental Constraints Report for study area <br />based upon existing information. The report will include a preliminary analysis of publicly <br />available ecological, hydrological, hazardous material, cultural resources data, and other <br />environmental resources as identified below, within the project area. A field visit is also <br />included with this task. A project narrative summary and maps depicting findings of the <br />environmental constraints report will be prepared.
