Exhibit G SEWER INSURANCE PROGRAM SPECIAL PROVISIONS • ► y ► ► 1 ► ► : Y ► a►11 • :.1 The City of South Bend's PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS, most recent version, and DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS, most recent version, and the 1NDOT Standard Specifications, current edition with all Supplemental Specifications to date, are to be used in this program. Each contractor is specifically instmcted to become completely familiar with the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS and the DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS prior to submitting a pre -qualification application. These SPECIAL PROVISIONS will list only "Ad itions" or "Deletions" to the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS and are to be used only in conjunction with the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS. lit the -event of conflict between the SPECIAL PROVISIONS and the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS, the SPECIAL PROVISIONS will govern.
