The Base Bid covers construction engineering, temporary erosion control, safety and site security, utility disconnection, asbestos abatement, demolition, clearing and grubbing, backfilling and grading, topsoil and hydroseeding, and concrete approach, sidewalk and curb according to the intent of the Plans and Specifications. We will be looking for bids on temporary fencing, erosion control, utility disconnects, demolition, asbestos abatement, waste trucking, aggregate and top soil supply, and transpiration of construction debris.
