Sample St. (Former Fun FX Bldg.) - Project No. 123-014 - Specs (2).pdf: The MRD Group is looking for and accepting bids from Indiana Certified Women Owned (WBE) and Minority owned (MBE) Enterprizes for Demolition Work and Asbestos Abatement work to be performed as part of the bid for the: Demolition of 1000 West Sample Street (Former Fun F/X Building) Project No. 123-014 to be performed in South Bend, Indiana. All qualified WBE and MBE certified businesses are encouraged to submit bids to us for possible inclusion within our bid submittal for this project either with firm fixed pricing or line item and hourly pricing. Prevailing Wages for the State of Indiana apply. We have attached a copy of the bid specifications for your review. The Base Bid covers construction engineering, temporary erosion control, safety and site security, utility disconnection, asbestos abatement, demolition, clearing and grubbing, backfilling and grading, topsoil and hydroseeding, and concrete approach, sidewalk and curb according to the intent of the Plans and Specifications. We will be looking for bids on temporary fencing, erosion control, utility disconnects, demolition, asbestos abatement, waste trucking, aggregate and top soil supply, Fuel supply and transpiration of construction debris.
