Approval of Minutes <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the <br />Special Meeting of Thursday, November 8, 1990. <br />3. New Business <br />a. Staff report on selection of__Bond Trustee and <br />ratification thereof. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that we submitted a Request for <br />Proposals to banks in the South Bend and Indianapolis <br />area to serve as trustee, registrar and paying agent for <br />the Airport Economic Development Area bond issue.
