<br />A. Amount of Payment
<br />1. The CONSULTANT shall receive as payment for the work performed under this Agreement the
<br />total fee not to exceed $777,110.00 $1,048,050.00 unless a modification of this agreement is
<br />approved in writing by the LPA.
<br />2. The CONSULTANT will be paid for the work performed under Appendix “A” of this Agreement
