Chronic Problem Properties Regulations Ordinance <br />Page 7 <br />(d) Data addressed in this Section shall be summarized on the matrix required in Section <br />13 -156 (c) which is to be placed and maintained on the City's website. <br />Sec. 13 -160 Through Sec. 13 -164 Reserved for Future Regulations. <br />Section II. If any part, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any <br />reason declared to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />Section III.
