ORDINANCE NO. '7 , 4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE PARKING RATES FOR ALL CITY - OPERATED FLAT LOTS, THE COLFAX STREET PARKING GARAGE, AND THE JEFFERSON STREET PARKING GARAGE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: I.C. 36- 9 -11 -7 authorizes the Board of Public Works to fix rates for municipal off - street parking facilities, subject to approval of the Common Council. The Council has received Resolution No. 15 -1984 of the Board which reaffirms single vehicle rates and establishes group rates for municipal off - street parking facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THAT THE FOLLOWING PARKING RATES, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS, BE APPROVED: SECTION I.
