JACKSON <br />GUY H. MCMICHAEL <br />The South Bend Economic Development Commission received an application <br />from T. Brooks Brademas, general partner of Center City Housing, an <br />Indiana Limited Partnership, for a bond issue in the amount of $985,000.00 <br />for the acquiring, rehabilitation, and installing a 70 unit multi - family <br />rental housing project located at 332 N. Jefferson Blvd., 618 -628 <br />W. Colfax, and 617 -625 W. Washington Street, all in South Bend, Indiana. <br />The project will cause an estimated increase in employment of <br />approximatley 20, with a payroll of $250,000.00. <br />We would request your favorable action on the passage of the funding <br />ordinance to approve this rehabilitation housing project. <br />Resp(y� fully <br />K nnet P.
