BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $20,000.00 BETWEEN <br />ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The 1984 Community Development Block Grant Program <br />previously appropriated funds planned for economic development <br />activities to the 1984 Unspecified Local Option Fund. This transfer <br />would make funds available for the Economic Development Capital Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I.
