It has never had <br />windows. We added windows to add light to the interior. The height of the <br />windows is needed to reduce the incidence of broken windows. <br />Stone Facade 3015 W Western Ave <br />The stone fasade on the first floor of 3015 W Western ave was falling off. <br />50% of it was gone. It was not an original feature of the building pror to <br />2014. We repaired the wall by returning it to it original stucco exterior. <br />Parking on side yard. The properties around the lot are commercial.
