The lump sum fee will be twenty -six <br />thousand six hundred dollars ($26,600.00). <br />FEE BREAKDOWN <br />Civil Engineering $ 5,000.00 <br />(Abonmarche — direct quote) <br />Landscape Design $ 3,500.00 <br />(Abonmarche — direct quote) <br />Construction Documents $ 10,000.00 <br />Bidding Assistance $ 3,500.00 <br />(schedule dependent upon Commission meeting dates) <br />ESTIMATED SCHEDULE <br />3.0 week <br />1.0 week <br />3.0 weeks <br />6.0 weeks <br />Construction Administration $ 3,600.00 4.0 months <br />(4 Equal Payments) Construction <br />Time <br />Reimbursable Expenses $ 1,000.00 N/A <br />(not to exceed amount) <br />TOTAL $ 26,600.00 <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Additional Services shall be any work outside the scope of Basic Services. Additional <br />Services will be provided only upon written authorization by the Owner. (See <br />Attachment for Hourly Rate Schedule.) Additional Services include but are not limited <br />to: <br />• On -site project representation. <br />• Conformed construction documents. <br />• As- designed Record Drawings. <br />• As- constructed Record Drawings. <br />• Extensive environmentally responsible design. <br />
