Jefferson Blvd. <br />Presiding: Joseph Wroblewski South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Vice President <br />The January 11, 1990, Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called <br />to order at 4:00 p.m. by its Vice President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a <br />quorum present. <br />1. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY N~NIBERS BY THE DEPU`T'Y CITY CLERK, MS. MARY BETH <br />WISNIEWSKI <br />Ms. Mary Beth Wisniewski, Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath of <br />office to the following Authority members: Mr. Joseph Wroblewski, Mr. <br />George McCullough, and Mr. Donald Fewell. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Nussbaum, Attorney for the Authority, conducted the election of <br />officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. McCullough nominated Mr. Joseph Wroblewski to serve as President of the <br />Authority. Mr. McCullough made a motion that the nominations be closed. <br />Mr. Fewell secor~led the motion and the nominations were closed. The vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Wroblewski was elected President for 1990. <br />SECRETARYJTF~ASURER <br />Mr. Fewell nominated Mr. George McCullough to serve as Secretary Treasurer <br />of the Authority. Mr. Wroblewski made a motion that the nominations be <br />• closed. Mr. Fewell seconded the motion and the nominations were closed. <br />-1- <br />
