REGULAR MEETING MARCH 12 2013 65 <br />East Bank Walkway, East <br />on Washington Street; <br />South on Frances Street; <br />West on Jefferson <br />Boulevard to the Point of <br />Beginning <br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS FOR MASSAGE <br />ESTABLISHMENTS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Fire <br />Department, Building Commissioner, and the Police Department for the following License <br />Renewal applications as follows: <br />a) Applicant: Top Oriental Massage <br />(1) Location: 421 Hickory Road <br />(2) Favorable Recommendations <br />b) Applicant: Prairie House Massage Therapy <br />(1) Location: 914 Lincoln Way West <br />(2) Favorable Recommendations <br />c) Applicant: Massage by Angie <br />(1) Location: 108 North Main Street, Suite 735 <br />(2) Favorable Recommendations <br />d) Applicant: Chinese Massage Spa (The Relax Place) <br />(1) Location: 2614 South Michigan Street <br />(2) Favorable Recommendations <br />Upon a motion made by Mr, Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the License Application <br />was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Building <br />Department, Fire Department, Police Department and Downtown South Bend, Inc., for a renewal <br />of a Transient Merchant License for Group 2 Promotions, Inc.'s Michiana Home Show which <br />will take place at the Century Center on March 15, 2013, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; March 16, <br />2013, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; March 17, 2013, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Police Department <br />stated the applicants should be informed that Jefferson Boulevard will be closed from St. Joseph <br />Street to Eddy Street on March 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for St. Patrick's Day Run and <br />Parade.
