This equipment is no longer needed by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />The items listed above are no longer needed by the City. <br />2. Martin, Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS — SALE OF <br />SEWER EQUIPMENT — DRAG MACHINES, HYDRO BUCKET MACHINES, AND <br />ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT (SEWERS) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Matt Chlebowski, Central Services, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced equipment. Therefore, upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the above request was approved. <br />APPROVE INDOT TITLE SHEET— EDISON ROAD CENTER TURN LANE AT GORDON <br />DRIVE —PROJECT NO. 110-079 <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Title Sheet for the above referenced project was being presented at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr Mecham and carried, the <br />above referenced Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />
