REGULAR MEETING MARCH 11, 2013 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Greg Brown, 1238 Diamond, South Bend, Indiana stated that Wal-Mart is still selling <br />ammunition. He stated that he witnesses a seventeen year old purchase and leave the store with <br />numerous boxes of ammunition. He stated that Teachman came in and started doing DUI <br />Checkpoints, and there are people still getting shot in the neighborhoods. He stated that if he <br />can’t wake you up, he going to shake you up. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, President Derek D.
