mutilated Bond shall first be surrendered to the Issuer, and in <br />the case the Bond is lost, stolen or destroyed, there shall be <br />first furnished to the Issuer evidence of such loss, theft or <br />destruction satisfactory to the Issuer, together with indemnity <br />satisfactory to the Issuer. The Issuer shall duplicate on the <br />Payment Record of the substitute Bond replacing the mutilated, <br />lost, stolen or destroyed Bond all payments of principal install- <br />ments (whether at maturity or upon acceleration or call for prior <br />redemption) and interest which the records of the Issuer indicate <br />as having appeared on the mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed <br />Bond. In the event all of the principal installments of the Bond <br />shall have matured, instead of issuing a duplicate Bond the <br />Issuer may pay the same without surrender thereof. The Issuer <br />may charge the owner of the Bond with reasonable fees and <br />expenses in this connection. <br />BOND FORM <br />Section 4. That the .
