SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7,�1-r S% <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $62,000.00 AMONG ACCOUNTS <br />WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The City of South Bend through the Division of Community <br />Development received supplemental funding under Public Law 98 -8 <br />commonly known as the Jobs Bill. In keeping with the intent of the <br />Jobs Bill funds, transfers are required in order to utilize the funds <br />in a timely manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION I.
