The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) <br />of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 629.5 feet West and 357 feet <br />South of a Brass Monument at the Northeast corner <br />of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (1/2) of <br />Section 33, Township 38 North, Range 2 East; thence <br />South along the East line of Maplewood Street a <br />distance of 805 feet; thence East a distance of <br />290.7 feet to the West line of Knoblock Street; <br />thence North a distance of 805 feet; thence West <br />a distance of 280.9 feet to the place of beginning <br />containing 5.28 acres more or less, said tract of <br />land being Lots numbered 28 to 34 inclusive of the <br />Post Place Addition to the City of South Bend, execpting <br />the East 22 feet of said lots for roadway for Knoblock <br />Street. <br />2.
