Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, <br />which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby <br />is Amended in order that the zoning classification of the <br />following described real estate in the City of South Bend, <br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Lot No.8 and Lot No.9, of Wenger and Kreighbaum's <br />First Addition to the City of South Bend as <br />recorded April 2, 1948, in Plat Book No.6,Page No.l, <br />be and the same is hereby established as "D" Light Industrial, <br />"F" Height and Area. <br />Section 2.
