ORDINANCE NO. 7z// c/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $37,500.00 WITHIN THE <br />CITY SOLID WASTE OPERATION & MAINTENANCE FUND (#07 -22) <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE OF THE <br />DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. <br />.. .......... ............................ <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are <br />required in the Bureau of Solid Waste for Landfill charges and <br />Motor Equipment to cover charges for the remainder of 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON <br />COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $37,500.00 is hereby appropriated <br />within the Solid Waste Operation and Maintenance Fund, as follows: <br />Account Category <br />398.4 Landfill <br />427 Motor Equipment <br />Amount <br />$29,400.00 <br />8,100.00 <br />Total $37,500.00 <br />SECTION II. This appropriation is required for the proper <br />and efficient operation and function of the Bureau of Solid Waste <br />of South Bend. <br />SECTION III.
