BILL N0. <br />ORDINANCE NO. ��Y f ®"- g �j <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $170,800.00 WITHIN THE <br />CITY BUREAU OF SANITATION DEPRECIATION FUND 039 -33) <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE BUREAU OF SANITATION IN <br />THE DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are <br />required for the Bureau of Sanitation of the Division of Environmental <br />Services for charges incurred in the Other Contractuals Account for <br />emergency repair of sewer failures, motor equipment and office <br />equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON <br />COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $170,800.00 is hereby appropriated <br />within the Bureau of Sanitation, as follows: <br />Account Category <br />399 Other Contractuals <br />427 Motor Equipment <br />428 Office Equipment <br />Amount <br />$141,300.00 <br />15,400.00 <br />14.100.00 <br />Total $170,800.00 <br />SECTION II. This appropriation is required for the proper <br />and efficient operation and function of the Bureau of Sanitation of <br />South Bend. <br />SECTION III.
