� 9 f Z) <br />SOUTH BR <br />O� \I�i�lfl /i~a <br />F� %e Department of <br />Community Investment <br />Memorandum <br />March 28, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: David Relos, Economic Resources Associate' <br />SUBJECT: Professional Services Agreement — Hallmark Real Estate <br />Listing Agreement Extension (620 Columbia St.) <br />On September 27, 2011, the Commission entered in to Listing Contracts with Hallmark <br />Real Estate for the marketing and sale of five former HDC houses in Monroe Park. <br />Those contracts were for approximately six months, ending on March 18, 2012. <br />On March 27, 2012, the Commission approved a six month extension for the two <br />remaining properties. <br />Since that time, one of the two remaining properties has been sold, leaving one property <br />of the original five listed. <br />Attached is an extension of the Listing Contract for the remaining property, 620 <br />Columbia Street. This extension is for six months, ending September 28, 2013. <br />Staff requests approval of the extension with Hallmark Real Estate, so they may <br />continue to market this property. <br />227 W.
