TO THE CITY. <br /> Of‘reaeS, Henry Davis, Jr. is a native son of South Bend where his family has lived for over 70 years. <br /> and <br /> G� e, 6, Henry is a 1997 graduate of Lasalle High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in <br /> Fine Arts degree from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, and a Master of Business Administration degree <br /> from Bethel University and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity; and <br /> Weitfaij Henry was first elected to the South Bend Common Council in n 2007, at the age of 25, <br /> serving two terms before running for mayor in 2015; and <br /> Warms, Henry returned to the Common Council by winning a third term in 2019; and <br /> 4 , Henry has served in many capacities in the community such as the President of the Lasalle, <br /> Park Neighborhood Alliance and the South Bend-IDAAC; and <br /> ( ere iG, Henry has similarly served in many capacities with the Common Council such as Chairperson <br /> of the Utilities Committee, Vice-Chairperson of the Zoning and Annexation Committee, and Vice-Chairperson <br /> of the Community Investment Committee; and <br /> )fro, Henry is perhaps best known for his zealous advocacy for his 2nd district constituents. <br /> Unary e, 6e ct�'rotierinurd*die Common oaima%L,9 em6e,�a96lowd: <br /> Section I.
