1444 South Bend Avenue South Bend, IN 46617 BILL NO. 109 -84 AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 7 4o 9-,f K AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (CHAPTER 21, MUNICIPAL CODE) BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the follwoing described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: PARCEL I: The Northeasterly one half of Lot Numbered 9 and all of Lots Numbered 10 and 11 as shown on the recorded plat of Parker and Allen's Addition to the City of South Bend, together with the Northerly half of the vacated alley lying Southerly of and adjoining said Lots 10 and 11. PARCEL II: A part of the Westerly one half of Lot Numbered 9 as shown on the recorded Plat of Parker and.Allen's Addition to the City of South Bend described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the Westerly one half of said Lot Numbered 9; thence Southeasterly parallel with the westerly line of said Lot Numbered 9, a distance of 112 feet; thence Southwesterly, parallel with the Southerly line of said lot 12 feet; thence Northwesterly, 112 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said lot, 12 feet Southwesterly of place of beginning; thence Northeasterly along said Northerly line, 12 feet to the place of beginning, be the same is hereby established as "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor and legal publication. Member of the ommon Council
