ORDINANCE NO. � -,Or <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107,525. FROM THE YOUTH SERVICE <br />BUREAU FUND FOR OPERATION OF THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU RUNAWAY <br />SHELTER TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS funds are provided to the Youth Service Bureau <br />for the operation of the Runaway Shelter covering costs for <br />the period of July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1986 by the Runaway <br />and Homeless Youth Act, the Social Service Block Grant, St. Joseph <br />County Commissioners, and reimbursements for services. These <br />funds are needed in the following accounts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION I. For the expenses of the Shelter of the Youth <br />Service Bureau for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1986 the <br />following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered <br />set apart from Fund 73. This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval <br />by the Mayor, and fulfillment off all statutory equirements. <br />
