The Redevelopment Authority <br />December 26, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />Mr. Alvarez asked how many jobs would be created by this business. Mr. Inks <br />thought perhaps less than a dozen, he was not sure of numbers at the time. Mr. <br />Meteiver said significant equipment would be purchased for this high tech <br />business. They will have high paying, high tech jobs. Mr. Inks said the cost of <br />project is about $2M for a pretty small building. Mr. Alvarez hoped it would be <br />local contractors who will be building the facility. Mr. Inks assumed they would <br />use local contractors. Ms. Pfotenhauer asked if there was any interest in the other <br />lots, and Mr. Inks did not know of any at this time. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority <br />approved the Resolution No. 179 approving the transfer of real property to the <br />City of South Bend as presented. <br />4.
