Kruk <br />1830 Inwood Rd. <br />South Bend, IN 46614 <br />3. It is desired and requested that this property be <br />rezoned from B Residential, to C Commercial. <br />4. This rezoning is requested to allow the following <br />uses: <br />To allow the area to be used as a construction site <br />for an addition to, and as a parking site for, the <br />gasoline service station known as Dick's Standard <br />Service Station, 1102 South Bend Avenue, South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />5.
