ORDINANCE NO. SUBSTITUTE BILL NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7357 -84 TO PROVIDE FOR SALARIES FOR SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS FOR CENTURY CENTER FOR CALENDAR YEARS 1985 AND 1986 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Ordinance No. 7357 -84 provided for maximum salaries and wages of appointed officers and employees of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the calendar years 1985 and 1986. It is necessary to add positions to be entitled "Sales Director ", "Sales Manager I ", "Sales Manager II ", "Director of Operations and Finance ", "Housekeeping Office Manager ", "Assistant Set Up Group Leader ", "Full Time Security ", and "Part Time Events Coordinator" for Century Center, and to provide salaries for those positions, and to amend the salary for Morris Civic Theatre Director. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL, as follows: SECTION I. For calendar years 1985 and 1986, Ordinance No. 7357 -84 shall be amended to provide the following additional position for the South Bend Century Center and to provide the following maximum annual salary for that position: POSITION 1985 SALARY /WAGE VII.
