SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />January 16, 2013 <br />10:00 a.m. <br />Presiding: Raphael Thomas <br />1308 County -City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The January 16, 2013 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />10:08 a.m. by its President, Raphael Thomas. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Ray Thomas, President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Don Inks, Director of Economic Development <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Alvarez nominated Mr. Thomas to continue to be President and Mr. Thomas <br />seconded the motion. Mr. Thomas nominated Mr. Alvarez as the Secretary and Mr. <br />Alvarez seconded the motion. Mr. Alvarez nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer to continue to be <br />Vice - President and Mr. Thomas seconded the motion. All nominations were approved as <br />presented. <br />3. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2013 <br />The members set 10:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month as needed. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: February 6, 2013 <br />5.
