ORDINANCE NO.' <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25 , 000. 00 FROM <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND TO PROJECT CS 828 INLET RECONSTRUCTION, <br /> WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND <br /> SINKING FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary <br /> to repair inlets throughout the City. Funds are now needed for the <br /> cost of construction for these improvements . These funds are <br /> available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
