Eddy Street, City of South Bend <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> The above referenced ordinance initiated by Councilman Beverlie Beck was <br /> legally advertised April 5, and April 6, 1985. The Area Plan Commission gave <br /> it a public hearing on April 16, 1985, at which time the following action was <br /> taken: <br /> Upon a motion by Richard Larrison, being seconded by <br /> Joseph Serge and carried, with Chuck Sausman and John <br /> Trott voting "nay", the proposed ordinance initiated by <br /> Councilman Beverlie Beck to zone from "B" Residential, <br /> "A" Height and Area to "A" Residential, "A" Height and <br /> Area, property located at 1104 E. Jefferson Boulevard, <br /> 1105 E. Wayne Street and 220 S. Eddy Street, City of <br /> South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation. <br /> PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner to include a <br /> legal description different than that used for the Common Council 's first <br /> reading.
