ORDINANCE NO. 2V39-1.3' <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1104 E. JEFFERSON <br /> BOULEVARD, 1105 E. WAYNE STREET AND 220 S. <br /> EDDY STREET, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br /> classification of the following described real estate in the City of <br /> South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana <br /> Lots Numbered One (1) , Ninety-five (95) and Ninety-six <br /> (96) as shown on the recorded plat of Whitcomb <br /> Keller's Sunnymede 1st Add. , to the City of South Bend <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential , "A" Height <br /> and Area. <br /> SECTION II.
