STAFF REPORT <br /> COUNCILMAN INITIATED (PUZZELLO) #932-85 March 8 , 1985 <br /> Exempted Central Business Core Area, South Bend <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: This proposed ordinance amends Section 21-104 of <br /> the South Bend Municipal Code, which Section is <br /> comprised of a map outlining that area of downtown <br /> South Bend which is exempt from the parking <br /> requirements of the Code. Those areas being <br /> deleted from the Exempted Central Business Core <br /> Area are located east of St . Joseph Street south <br /> of Wayne Street , and south of Jefferson Boulevard <br /> east of St . Joseph Street . The area being <br /> incorporated into the Exempted Central Business <br /> Core Area is the west half of the block bounded by <br /> Western Avenue on the North, Michigan Street on <br /> the east, Monroe Street on the South and Main <br /> Street on the west . <br />
