ORDINANCE NO. -7q37-11..r <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE SOUTH BEND <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED ZONING, CONCERNING OFF- <br /> STREET PARKING IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> CORE. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Since the establishment of the exempted Central Business <br /> Core Area in Ordinance No. 4990-68 , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of South Bend , physical configurations and <br /> development in the Central Busines Core Area have changed . <br /> Therefore, certain corrections are required in the map of the Central <br /> Business District Core, appearing as Section 21-104, which is <br /> exempted by Section 21-102 from the off-street parking requirements <br /> of Chapter 21 of the South Bend Municipal Code . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON <br /> COUNCIL, as follows : <br /> SECTION I . That Section 21-104 of the South Bend Municipal <br /> Code be deleted in its entirety and that a new Section 21-104 be <br /> enacted to appear as shown on the map attached hereto and marked <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION II. The map shown on Exhibit A and to be known as <br /> Section 21-104, as provided in Section I of this Ordinance, shall be <br /> the Central Business District Core Area which is exempted by Section <br /> 21-102 of the South Bend Municipal Code from the accessory off-street <br /> parking facilities required otherwise by Chapter 21 of the South Bend <br /> Municipal Code . <br /> SECTION III . The map attached as Exhibit A shall be shown <br /> in the book of maps and shall be published in the South Bend <br /> Municipal Code as the new Section 21-104 of that Code . <br /> SECTION IV.
