Scott St. TIF Project – Misc. Repairs <br />DATE: 12/05/2023 <br />On November 14, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read aloud quotes for the above project. <br />One quote was received from TRCC, LCC; however, TRCC neglected to provide a price for one of the <br />scope items (window trim installation), so the quote was rejected as non-responsive. In accordance with <br />Indiana Code 36-1-12-5(b)(4), the project was procured in the open market. <br /> <br />The scope of work is for a contractor to perform miscellaneous repairs (window trim, sun porch <br />improvements, and fire stair replacement) at a triplex housing unit, funded through a Development <br />Agreement between the City’s Redevelopment Commission and Property Bros, a local minority-owned <br />developer. <br /> <br />TRCC was offered the opportunity to revisit their quote and provide a price for the window trim installation. <br />TRCC responded with a total price of $8,500, which is in budget for the project. <br /> <br />I recommend award of an open market contract for 123-062F 542 N. Scott St. TIF – Misc. Repairs to <br />TRCC LLC, in the amount of $8,500.00. Funding is available through PR-00028877. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
