Scott St. TIF Project — Misc. Repairs DATE: 12/05/2023 On November 14, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read aloud quotes for the above project. One quote was received from TRCC, LCC; however, TRCC neglected to provide a price for one of the scope items (window trim installation), so the quote was rejected as non -responsive. In accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12-5(b)(4), the project was procured in the open market. The scope of work is for a contractor to perform miscellaneous repairs (window trim, sun porch improvements, and fire stair replacement) at a triplex housing unit, funded through a Development Agreement between the City's Redevelopment Commission and Property Bros, a local minority -owned developer. TRCC was offered the opportunity to revisit their quote and provide a price for the window trim installation. TRCC responded with a total price of $8,500, which is in budget for the project. I recommend award of an open market contract for 123-062F 542 N. Scott St. TIF — Misc. Repairs to TRCC LLC, in the amount of 8 500.00. Funding is available through PR-00028877. Page 1 of 1
