BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 yfe 63,s <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $250, 000 . 00 AMONG <br /> VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Since the preparation of the 1985 Community <br /> Development program additional projects have become a priority <br /> for the community. In order to assure that priorities are <br /> addressed, a transfer among accounts is necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common <br /> Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $250 , 000 . 00 is hereby <br /> transferred among accounts as set forth below: <br /> Reduce the following accounts: <br /> Project No. Description Amount <br /> CD85-605 East Bank Development Area $121 ,078 . 00 <br /> CD85-607 Central Business District 128 , 922 .00 <br /> TOTAL $250,000 . 00 <br /> Increase the following accounts: <br /> Project No. Description Amount <br /> CD85-610 Stanley Coveleski Regional $250 ,000 . 00 <br /> Stadium <br /> SECTION II. No costs will be incurred nor funds <br /> expended for any of the activities in this ordinance prior to an <br /> official release of funds being received from the United States <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development as may be required. <br /> SECTION III .
