ORDINANCE NO. 7v97-2,s- <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $250, 000 FROM THE FEDERAL <br /> ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br /> GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR THE STANLEY COVELESKI <br /> BASEBALL STADIUM TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed to meet developmental expenses <br /> including engineering, architectural, legal and appraisal fees for <br /> the Stanley Coveleski Baseball Stadium Project. <br /> Funds are available within the General Revenue Sharing <br /> Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $250, 000 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1985 from the Federal Assistance Grant fund <br /> commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This <br /> appropriation is to be administered by the Department of <br /> Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth <br /> below: <br /> 399 . 0 Other Contractuals $250, 000 . 00 <br /> SECTION II.
