ORDINANCE NO. 75oq-8s <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1, 600, 241. 00 FROM <br /> THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY <br /> REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND <br /> FOR THE 1985 POLICE AND FIRE PENSION COSTS OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Additional funds are needed to supplement the 1985 budget <br /> for police and fire pensions, as planned in the budget. Monies are <br /> available within the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $1,600, 241. 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1985. from the Federal Assistant Grant Fund <br /> commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
