BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 75.03-Lc <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $27,993.00 AMONG <br /> VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> The City of South Bend through the Division of Community <br /> Development received supplemental funding under Public Law 98-8 commonly known <br /> as the Jobs Bill. In keeping with the intent of the Jobs Bill funds, transfers <br /> are required in order to utilize the funds in a timely and eligible manner. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I.
