The ordinance appropriates $30,000 from <br /> the General Fund of the City of South Bend as the City' s contribution <br /> to Project Future for 1985 . <br /> As you are aware, in addition to the City' s efforts in the area of <br /> economic development, Project Future has supplied technical <br /> assistance and pursued further economic development efforts of its <br /> own. <br /> The monies for this appropriation will be available because of an <br /> increase in our miscellaneous revenue in conjunction with savings <br /> obtained earlier this year through the budget cuts.
