The financing <br /> documents for the original bond transaction authorized the City <br /> of South Bend to issue additional revenue bonds if it were deemed <br /> necessary. <br /> It has now been ascertained that, because of cost overrun on the <br /> original project, an additional $400, 000. 00 is necessary.
